About  Cirque Residences: Building Overview

 Cirque Residences is a 26-story high-rise built in 2006, located right in the heart of Victory Park. With 252 units, you’ll find a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and penthouses (on the top floor). If you’re searching for a high-rise with established character and a prime Dallas location, Cirque offers a unique blend of classic design and urban convenience.

Amenities & Resident Perks

Leasing Office & Common Spaces: The leasing office is on the third floor, open Monday–Friday (9am–6pm) and Saturday (10am–7pm), closed Sunday. Here you’ll find most of the building’s amenities, including:

• Fitness center (two sections with cardio equipment, free weights, and more)
• Resort-style pool with city views
• Outdoor lounge with fire pit, pergola, barbecue, and space for events
• Private conference rooms and common areas for residents
• Skyline Club for social gatherings
• Dog park area (note: no pet concierge)

Parking: Residents have access to an attached eight-level garage. The first level is for future residents, the second for valet parking (which is staffed 24/7), and the remaining six levels are reserved for residents.

Bar & Social Events: The Cirque features a resident bar, staffed by a bartender Tuesday through Saturday evenings. Community events and happy hours are regularly hosted, sometimes with live music or DJs, giving residents a chance to meet neighbors and enjoy the space.

Fitness Center & Pool

The gym is split into two areas. The first section includes cardio machines, bikes, and a Smith bar. The second section offers heavier weights (dumbbells up to 100 lbs), benches, and additional equipment. There are towels and a water dispenser available 24/7. If you need a broad range of free weights, you may want to keep your outside gym membership, as the selection is somewhat limited.

Outside the gym, you’ll find the pool area. There’s a main pool, a smaller splash pool (which was under construction at the time of the tour), and plenty of loungers and seating. The pool area also features a barbecue, pergola, and fire pit—perfect for weekend gatherings or relaxing after work. Note: There’s ongoing construction nearby for a new 10-story building, expected to be completed by 2027–2028, but it’s not expected to block the main city views from Cirque.

Floor Plans: Studios & One-Bedrooms

Studio: The studio units at Cirque are about 630 sq. ft. and feature a dedicated bedroom (rare for Dallas studios), floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private patio. These units offer plenty of natural light and views of the American Airlines Center.

One-Bedroom (A3): The A3 floor plan is a true one-bedroom, approximately 780 sq. ft., with updated appliances, quartz countertops, engineered hardwood in living areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. The in-unit washer and dryer are full-size side-by-side appliances. At the time of the video, these started at $2,650 per month, but always confirm current pricing and availability before making any decisions, as these details can change quickly.
