Born in 1992, I spent the majority of my childhood in Temple, Texas. Temple is a smaller town in central Texas that most people haven’t heard of. I grew up being the middle child eating peanut butter jelly sandwiches and drinking water from the garden hose. I played baseball for 13 years. Outside of baseball, I spent the majority of my time finding ways to make money (chopping wood, mowing lawns, lemonade stands etc.).

At 21 I transferred to Texas A&M and got a degree in business. Upon graduation I spent 7 years in corporate America. I would get bored every 2 years and then switch to a new industry. I sold chemicals, construction materials, and software. I got fired from my software sales job in January of 2024. I had gotten my real estate license the same day.

I decided to liquidate my 401k and go all in on real estate. I had $55,000 to my name after the 30% early withdrawal penalty. I divided my monthly living expenses into my nest egg. I had 13 months to figure it out.

The goal was simple: either make it or be homeless.

The first 7 months were brutal. I didn’t make a single penny. I was making youtube videos over my favorite Dallas neighborhoods. They were getting little traction. I then decided to vlog the highrise I live in. It went viral. I decided to rinse and repeat for all of the highrises in Dallas.

My life changed overnight.

Shortly after I paid cash for my dream car.

Sometimes it doesn’t feel real.

I work 90-100 hours per week.

The most important lesson I have taken from this entire experience -

Never quit.
