Parkview Turtle Creek by Hanover: Dallas High-Rise Apartment Tour & Review

Thinking about moving to a Dallas high-rise or just curious about the latest luxury apartments in Turtle Creek? Parkview Turtle Creek by Hanover is one of the newest additions to the Dallas skyline, offering a blend of upscale living, thoughtful amenities, and a prime location. In this post, I’ll walk you through the floor plans, amenities, and what you can expect if you’re considering making Parkview Turtle Creek your next home.

First Impressions & Building Overview

Parkview Turtle Creek is a 20-story high-rise with 323 units, completed in early 2026. This property sits right next to Hanover Turtle Creek and stands out with its slightly more elevated finishes and amenities. Backed by Mitsui Fudosan, a major Japanese developer, Parkview Turtle Creek brings a fresh, modern vibe to the Turtle Creek neighborhood.

The lobby greets you with big windows, a 24/7 concierge, four elevators, and secure Luxor lockers. Residents share a parking garage with the neighboring Hanover Turtle Creek, but amenities remain exclusive to each building—your key fob only works for your own residence. Complimentary valet parking is available for both residents and guests.

Floor Plans: Studios, One-Bedrooms, Two-Bedrooms & Penthouses

Studios & One-Bedrooms

The studio units feature hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and living areas, tile in the bathrooms, and partial downtown views—an uncommon perk for entry-level floor plans. Each floor offers three different color schemes, adding variety to your options.

Among one-bedrooms, the A1 comes with a built-in desk and Juliet balcony, oriented for great sunset views. The A6 is popular with couples, offering a dual vanity and a bit more space—perfect if you want a functional, affordable one-bedroom. My personal favorite is the A14: it boasts a gas stove, floor-to-ceiling windows with downtown views, a huge walk-in closet, and both a separate tub and shower. It’s a premium upgrade with features usually found in larger units.

Two-Bedrooms

  • B5: Features a den connected to the laundry room and impressive wraparound windows in the living area. The secondary bedroom, however, has a pocket window and limited natural light—something to consider if you need a bright guest room or office.
  • B6: Just over 1,500 square feet, this floor plan is ideal for those who love natural light, with wraparound windows in both the living area and primary bedroom. It’s a top pick for clients who prioritize sunlight and skyline views.
  • B7: Also facing downtown, but features a peninsula countertop instead of an island. While some may prefer a true island for entertaining, it’s all about personal preference.

Penthouse

The penthouse at Parkview Turtle Creek is just under 2,800 square feet—about average for Dallas high-rises. Standout features include premium finishes, a stylish powder room, and a study with skyline views. The only notable drawback is a structural pillar positioned in front of the living room windows, which can slightly obstruct the view depending on your furniture layout. Still, the finishes and overall layout make the penthouse a serious contender for anyone seeking luxury Dallas living.

Note: Floor plan sizes, features, and pricing are subject to change. Always verify current availability and details before making a decision.

Amenities: Sky Lounge, Pool, Gym & More

Sky Lounge & Shared Spaces

Parkview Turtle Creek places most of its amenities on the top floor, even above the penthouses. The Sky Lounge is a standout, featuring a movie theater area, private study offices, and plenty of space for hosting events. The finishes feel elevated compared to similar buildings, and the layout is designed for both work and play.

Pool

The pool is a major highlight, with unobstructed sunlight throughout the day—perfect for those who love to soak up the sun. This is a big advantage, as some Dallas high-rises have pools that are shaded for much of the day due to their location.

Fitness Center

The gym at Parkview Turtle Creek is spacious and open, offering a wide variety of equipment and city views. While it doesn’t have a separate stretching or yoga room like its sister property, the layout is more open and less hallway-like, which many residents prefer.

Golf Simulator

Unique to Parkview Turtle Creek, the golf simulator (Trackman) is a premium amenity for residents who want to practice their swing or host a golf-themed gathering. It’s available first come, first serve, with the option to reserve for groups.

Who Should Consider Parkview Turtle Creek?

Parkview Turtle Creek is ideal for anyone seeking a modern, luxury high-rise experience in Dallas. Whether you’re drawn to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the variety of floor plans, or the robust amenity package, this building offers something for a range of lifestyles and preferences. If you’re comparing Dallas high-rise apartments, it’s worth touring Parkview in person to see how it stacks up against other options in Turtle Creek and beyond.
