While you’re close to the action, you’re not directly in the center of Deep Ellum’s nightclub scene—if you want to be in the thick of it, buildings like The Hamilton might be a better fit.

The building’s exterior is intentionally bold, with a spray-painted look that fits Deep Ellum’s funky, Austin-esque vibe. Built in 2017, The Case Building rises 17 floors and houses 339 units, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms across 16 different floor plans.

Floor Plans & Interior Features
